How fast does the system actually respond to a missed call?
Under five minutes from the moment a call is missed. An SMS is sent within seconds acknowledging the caller. A voice agent returns the call within three minutes. An internal dispatch ticket is delivered to the on-call technician within the same window. SLA is measured and published monthly.
Will the voice agent sound robotic to my customers?
No. Conversational latency is held below 800 milliseconds using regional American voice profiles. If the caller becomes incomprehensible or the system detects a high-stress situation, the call is routed to a human queue or a professional voicemail. Failure is silent and recoverable — never a hallucinated response.

Alka Systems only responds to inbound calls and warm follow-ups from existing contacts who have reached out to you. We do not perform AI-driven cold outbound calling. All call recordings include disclosure, and consent is logged per TCPA and FCC §64.1200 requirements. We maintain A2P 10DLC registration for SMS traffic.
What does the 7-day pilot actually cost?
